I want to send digitally signed invoices, contracts, conditions, forms or reports to multiple recipients.

By signing documents with a PDF certificate the recipient can be sure that the content isn't altered after signing. A recipient is able to see who signed the document as well. The PDF signature is automatically trusted in Adobe Reader, recipients only need the free reader without changing any settings.

It's also possible to add a timestamp. This guarantees the signing date of the document and means that the signature remains valid when the certificate has expired: the timestamp shows that the signature was valid when the document was signed. This option is important when digitally archiving documents for a longer period.

The certificate needs to be installed on secure hardware: when a lower number of signatures is needed this is a PKI-token, for larger amounts an HSM is used.
